Contractors who register with one of the California Residential Mitigation Program (CRMP) retrofit programs (Earthquake Brace + Bolt [EBB] or Earthquake Soft-Story [ESS]) must complete free FEMA training, and then will be listed in a searchable CRMP Directory for participating homeowners.
